ITS Leisure Ltd is an independent ladies only fitness gym in Kingswood, Bristol. We pride ourselves on creating a friendly, family-like atmosphere for all our customers. 


We welcome all ages, sizes, shapes and fitness abilities.

We  no longer offering monthly standing order memberships. When joining at reception you will have the options of either ‘Pay on The Day’ or to join on a minimum block payment of 3 months.

👍 If you currently have a monthly s/o membership with us and are paying monthly you can stay on this payment method. If you need to cancel in future you will then need to change to a block payment when rejoining.

Monday 7am-9pm
Tuesday 8am-9pm
Wednesday 8am-9pm
Thursday 7am-9pm
Friday 8am-7pm
Saturday 8am-2pm

No joining fees or membership contracts

If you join our gym, you don't have to pay any joining fees or be tied into membership contracts. There are no catches or hidden surprises. You simply pay us monthly and or for the classes you attend. 


We want you to stay with us as a member because you want to, not because you have to.

All of the staff at ITS Ladies Fitness are always on hand be helpful, cheerful, supportive and offer the best fitness advice that we can to our customers.


We pride ourselves on creating a fun and friendly environment in the gym, and always make sure that every lady feels welcome.


In essence, we want people to get fit, and enjoy doing it at the same time.

You simply pay us a monthly fee. You can stop it at any time or upgrade to a different level
