No joining fees or membership contracts

If you join our gym, you don't have to pay any joining fees or be tied into membership contracts. There are no catches or hidden surprises. You simply pay us monthly, and or for the classes you attend.


£15 admin when joining on monthly memberships....no charge for 'block'


We want you to stay with us as a member because you want to, not because you have to.

All of the staff at ITS Ladies Fitness are always on hand be helpful, cheerful, supportive and offer the best fitness advice that we can to our customers.


We pride ourselves on creating a fun and friendly environment in the gym, and always make sure that every lady feels welcome.


In essence, we want people to get fit, and enjoy doing it at the same time.
