Ladies Only Gym Membership Details

All memberships are a minimum of 3 months, whether monthly standing order or block payment. We do NOT offer single month membership, so if you are using for one month only you will need to 'Pay on the Day' at £5 per session. 

⭐️ MEMBERSHIP IMPORTANT UPDATE ⭐️

With immediate effect (28th August) we are no longer offering monthly standing order memberships. When joining at reception you will have the options of either ‘Pay on The Day’ or to join on a minimum block payment of 3 months.

👍 If you currently have a monthly s/o membership with us and are paying monthly you can stay on this payment method. If you need to cancel in future you will then need to change to a block payment when rejoining.

Letting you know that from 14th April 2025 the gym BLOCK membership prices will increase (see below for all price changes)
If you are currently on a standing order membership your monthly price will remain the same 👍

With recent increase costs to all of the gym’s utility bills the increase will reflect on these new charges and help to maintain our healthy business.
We have not had an increase at ‘ITS’ for over a decade …it might even be longer than that? 🫣 …and hope that you can continue to support us and understand.

We still of course have the ‘Pay on the Day’ option for casual use which will remain at £5 per session 🤝

Personal Training sessions scheduled to suit you.

Training sessions range in price from £20 upwards, and we can schedule the sessions to suit you, with personal training available from half an hour to an hour.

We have a weekly time table featuring a great variety of classes.

Group training sessions.

Initial consultations are carried out for all gym members to discuss your reasons for wanting to exercise, whether it's to lose weight or to feel fitter. We also carry out group personal training sessions as well as one to one training.
